YWCA RESUMES STAND AGAINST RACISM LUNCH & LEARN SERIES

SAR Nissan (NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Sept. 1, 2021) -  YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is kicking off its Stand Against Racism lunch and learn series on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 with a webinar that explores the inadequacies of funding in the realms of K-12 and higher education. In Shortchanging Our Students, education and legal experts will discuss the impact of these Tennessee funding schemes and how they disproportionately impact students who are poor, Black and brown, English-language learners, and those with disabilities.
