Our Junior Board Committee (JBC) is a vibrant group of young professionals who exhibit outstanding community leadership, philanthropy, and have a passion for making Nashville safe for women and girls. This dedicated group of individuals helps bring awareness to the programs and services of YWCA and act as event support. The JBC is at the forefront of broadening our reach in the YP community and supporting the mission of YWCA as a whole. This group leads projects each year such as Pamper Night at our Weaver Domestic Violence Center, Key to the Closet during Wine Women & Shoes, assists with Social Justice & Advocacy events, and have the opportunity to serve in many volunteer roles throughout the year.
